Mr. E's Full Body Cleanse is a 7-step program that targets sites of toxin accumulation in the adipose tissue ( fat).  Adipose tissue is typically used as energy storage. Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) can bind to those fat cells, causing the loss of energy. As the level of POPs increases, our bodies respond by creating more adipose tissue in order to prevent the toxins from entering our bloodstream and doing damage to our overall health. Overexposure to POPs can lead to numerous chronic issues like; obesity, endocrine disruption, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, and type 2 diabetes.

Foods like meat, dairy, fish, fatty foods, and processed foods are the primary sources of  POPs, but they can be found in water, soil, and air also.

The Full Body Cleanse is a gentle 20-day program that increases the effectiveness of your body's natural cleansing processes. This will encourage your body to release more toxins thus restoring the adipose tissue's natural energy-storing function. As you progress through the program and become less toxic, your body will release the adipose tissue that it doesn't need.

In addition to getting rid of fat-soluble toxins. Mr. E's Full Body Cleanse can help strengthen your body, promote regular function, increase the immune response, and decrease inflammation.

Approved: All Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, and Seeds.

We encourage the consumption of fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi. We also encourage the consumption of bitter greens like kale, arugula, dandelion greens, and spinach.

Drink: Spring Water, Coconut Water, Fresh Vegetable Juice, Nut Milk

Avoid: All meat, bread, dairy, alcohol, sugary drinks, refined sugars, candy, soda, snack foods
We recommend eating fruits during the day. The sugars will be your main source of energy and will help get you through the day. Fruits are great brain and nerve food due to their nutrient, astringent, and antioxidant properties.

In the afternoon and evening, you should switch to vegetables. They tend to be more filling, contain fiber, minerals, and amino acids. They can be a source of protein too. Vegetables feed the muscles and bones.

Food Mixing: Mixing the wrong kinds of food can cause issues like bloating, gas, and IBS. Even fruits and vegetables need to be consumed separately.

Fruits: They come in 4 categories. Sweet, Acidic, Sub Acidic, and Melons. Fruits should be eaten early and according to their group. They shouldn't be mixed with any other foods.

  • Sweet fruits should on be eaten with other sweet fruits. When eaten with fruits from other groups, the sweet fruit can sit in the stomach and ferment. Examples: Banana, Mango,
  • Acidic and Sub Acidic Fruits can be eaten alone or together. When eaten with other fruits from other groups acidic fruits can sit in your stomach and become more acidic. That acid can cause problems in the intestines. Examples: Oranges, Grape Fruit, Lemon, Plum, Peach, Apricot
  • Melons: All melons should be eaten alone and separately. When melons are mixed or eaten with other fruits. Digestion issues like bloating and gas can occur. Examples: Watermelon, Honeydew, Cantelope.

Vegetables:  All vegetables can be combined and enjoyed together. Don't eat them with fruits. Vegetables should be combined with meats as the enzymes and fiber aid with digestion.

Bread/Corn/Potato:  These foods are starchy. Starches are mucus-forming, hard to digest, and they tend to glue to the bowels. These foods should be eaten rarely and eaten alone.

Meat/Nuts/Seeds/Beans/Dairy: These are concentrated foods and should be eaten in moderation. The meat can take up to 12 hours to digest. It should be consumed midday to prevent digestion while you sleep. These foods should only be combined with each other or vegetables. Never combine meat and starchy food!

Post-Detox Diet:

After the completion of the detox, you can return to cooking your food. We recommend starting with the proper food combinations as well as consuming fruits in the morning for energy and vegetables in the afternoon and evening for amino acids, proteins, and fiber.

If you eat meat then you must ease it back into your diet. Small portions, mixed with vegetables, to start then you can progress to larger portions. Meat should be consumed once a day, in the middle of the day with or followed by vegetables.

We recommend detoxing 3 times a year, 4 times if you consume meat. doing this will help keep toxin levels low and prevent your body from creating large amounts of adipose tissue. Detoxing will also help increase energy levels,

Weight Loss Journey Recommendation:

We recommend detoxing your body before going on a weight-loss journey for 2 reasons.

  1. When you burn fat cells that are carrying toxins they get released into your lymphatic system. This causes you to get sick, it can cause flu-like symptoms, and in most cases makes you stop your journey.
  2. The rebounding effect!  This happens when you've lost weight, but the body remains toxic. Your body will create the adipose tissue to prevent the toxins from flooding into your lymphatic system.
