I am Rashad Bonner Former Arena Football Player and Pro Bodybuilder. I’m originally from Kansas City, Ks but moved to Denver, Colorado in 2006. Sports has always been my passion. I started off playing college football. After college football, I was lead on a path to various cities across the united states pursuing a career in professional sports. I found the fitness industry a little later in life, and it hasn’t let me down once. It changed my life!!!! I started with wanting to get in shape, that lead to winning a trophy, to becoming a world champion, to becoming a Pro bodybuilder to promoting bodybuilding shows. I now put on fitness shows in Colorado, Iowa, and Texas. As of now I’m a father of four who’s promotes bodybuilding shows, an active Pro Bodybuilder, and an Operating Room Supply Coordinator at one of the biggest hospitals in Colorado.
