Here at Mr. E's Remedies, we believe that stress should be addressed through the use of adaptogens and nervines!  Plants with these properties are well known to help manage anxiety, depression, and the other negative effects brought about by stress. When used in conjunction, adaptogens and nervines are the best solutions to managing one's stress. That is why we have created the stress less pack; combining the power of adaptogens and nervines to create a safe, effective, non-habit forming regimen that will keep your stress in check.

 adaptogen: maintains cortisol levels and, promotes the production of serotonin and dopamine in the brain.

the nervine: manage stress and anxiety by strengthening and calming your nerves; also helps to prevent insomnia.

Directions: Take 3 supplements as directed below.  Drink at least 16oz of water with each formula. 

Recommended Cycle: After finishing the pack, wait one week before repeating the process.

adaptogen:  This can be taken anytime during the day. It can be used as a preventative measure or it can be taken at the onset of stress.  This formula can increase physical and mental working capacity.

nervine: This formula promotes peaceful relaxation and sleep. While sleeping, it works to restore your nerves which can further ease stress and anxiety.
